The Miss Augusta pageant is open to full-time residents, students, or employees of the following counties – Richmond, Columbia, McDuffie, Lincoln, Jefferson and Burke.  This pageant is a franchise of the Miss Georgia and the Miss America organizations. The Miss Augusta Scholarship Board is dedicated to the advancement of young ladies of all ages from the metro Augusta area, through scholarships, support of their community service platforms, and the building of character by encouraging them to serve others though volunteerism.

We are excited about our pageants and your participation. To produce a pageant such as these it takes the time and efforts of numerous behind the scenes. All involved values your participation in these pageants and each wishes you the best of success.

Pageants are held at Grover Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre, Augusta State University, 2500 Walton Way, Augusta Georgia 30904.

Driving Directions to Augusta State University

From I-20: - Washington Road Exit  -- to the Walton Way campus
Coming from South Carolina: Take Washington Road exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Washington Road and get into the middle lane.

Coming from Atlanta: Take Washington Road exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right and get into the middle lane.

The middle lane will become the right lane as lanes merge together. Drive approximately 1.2 miles (you'll pass a TGI Friday's and Lone Star Steakhouse on the right as you drive). In front of National Hills Shopping Center (located on left),  you'll see a large water tower on the right. This is Berckmans Road. Take a right. Continue 2.2 miles. Berckmans Road turns into Highland Avenue at Wheeler Road (Surrey Center Shopping Centre).  Get into the left lane. At Walton Way, take a left. Get into right lane. Pass three traffic signals (Highland Ave. and Monte Sano) Either of the next three turns will take you onto the ASU campus: Arsenal Avenue, the main entrance, and Katherine Street.

Heading East on I-20, exit at Wheeler Road. Turn right onto Wheeler Road. Get into the right lane and continue to the intersection with Walton Way Extension. Turn Right onto Walton Way Extension and move immediately to the left lane. In 0.4 miles, the left lane veers left into Walton Way. Continue on Walton Way to the top of the hill and look for the campus on the right.

From downtown, at the intersection of 15th and Walton Way, travel west on Walton Way (away from downtown) 1.9 miles uphill. The campus will be to the left.

 Ticket for adults are $15.00 and children 10 and under $5.00. You may purchase them on the day of the pageant at the theatre box office or purchase them at the door. The door will open at 6:00PM.  For more information please contact Miss Augusta Board.
